We help families live carefree lives by providing them with juvenile products that rank highest in consumer reviews. durable, helpful, and caring.
We are looking for and Product Owner that will lead and optimize the product stream. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs and ideas into clear requirements for the scrum team, guaranteeing a seamless and impactful digital customer experience. You will work closely with brand, marketing, content, and other business stakeholders. In parallel, you will collaborate closely with an international Scrum team, resourced by our Digital Technology department, which oversees all technical solutions and fulfills the role of Scrum Master.
You measure and collect data to support your decisions.
Manage the planning and optimization of the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strate-gic objectives.
You take an active role in creating user stories, backlog management, troubleshooting and incident management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner for websites and/or e-commerce platforms.
Healthy dose of ambition, excellent stakeholder management, planning and presentation skills.
Confident in managing difficult conversations and challenging others.
Strong verbal and written command of English.
You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
As such, we have a strong preference for candidates already based in the Netherlands. In any case, candidates must have current legal authorization to work in the Netherlands. Dorel will not attempt to obtain immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants.
