As an Experienced Project Manager and Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our energy storage projects. Your expertise in the electrical field, coupled with your project management acumen, will guide our projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

Lead end-to-end project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing project team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management and solutions architecture within the electrical field, ideally in the energy storage sector.
Fluency in Dutch and English languages
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A maximum of 35 paid holidays per year (prorata, on full-time basis).
