As a Production Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the ISO 6 cleanroom accelerator module team to ensure the highest standards of part quality and cleanroom processes. You will gather inputs from assembly engineers, maintain interactive data visualization reports in Power BI, analyse data, and resolve root cause of issues using green belt root-cause and/or other analysis methods. Gather inputs from assembly engineers regarding production issues. Maintain and update Power BI dashboards with accurate data, providing input for Power BI adjustments as needed. Analyse Power BI dashboards and categorize issues, for example, is issue related to supplier part quality, human error, process error, etc. Ensure part reject descriptions are correctly filled in by factory assemblers. If needed, escalate to engineering team to address and resolve quality issues. Act as a quality control officer for the assembly team, ensuring adherence to cleanroom standards and work instructions. Monitor the behaviour of factory support teams in the cleanroom to ensure compliance with ISO 6 standards and rules. Oversee the regular cleaning schedule of the cleaning team to maintain cleanroom cleanliness. Proven hands-on quality engineering experience (3-5 years) in a high-paced production environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of complex data. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey issues and solutions to supervisors and engineering teams. Ability to take ownership of the production team and facility, ensuring quality and alignment with cleanroom standards. Experience with maintaining and analysing Power BI dashboards. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and cleanroom protocols. Ability to work collaboratively with factory team leads and engineering departments. Experience in cleanroom environments is highly beneficial. Proficiency in root-cause analysis techniques such as 5 x why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, Pareto Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, etc. Ability to prioritize and focus on the most important and urgent tasks.
