Are you an experienced IT Risk & Control specialist ready for a challenging role at PwC? Work with top clients in the financial sector to enhance the agility and resilience of their digital services by managing and safeguarding their underlying infrastructures against IT risks. Use your expertise to advise clients on how to establish robust digital processes and systems that comply with information security and IT standards and regulations. “Join a dynamic team where you make an impact by tackling complex IT challenges and developing innovative solutions. As a Senior Consultant IT Risk & Control at PwC, you play a crucial role in supporting our financial sector clients in managing their IT risks. You are pivotal in identifying opportunities to improve their digital chain and managing risks, helping them strengthen their IT environment to ensure continuity and compliance. You conduct detailed risk analyses, optimize processes, and provide specialized advice on technology and automation. You are part of an inclusive and diverse team that offers sustainable client solutions.
As a Senior Consultant IT Risk & Control, your responsibilities include:
Analyze and improve IT processes and systems to identify and mitigate risks.
Work in multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive IT risk frameworks and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
Develop and present reports and dashboards that provide insights into IT risks and controls to clients and stakeholders.
Coaching and guidance: Coach junior colleagues and share knowledge of the latest IT trends and control mechanisms.

You enjoy collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and are a team player who can listen well and clearly convey ideas to colleagues and clients to create the best solutions. You combine strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology and the drive to make it more resilient and robust. Additionally, you create powerful data-driven reports and visuals that are convincing to (senior) management.
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience developing and implementing IT risk management and control mechanisms;
You understand the importance of risk management and controls within organizations;
You have completed a WO master's degree in a field such as Information Management, Computer Science, Business Information Management, Technical Business Administration, or comparable IT and business-oriented study;
You potentially have acquired accreditations in IT risk management, CISA, CISM, etc;
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English and easily adapt to changing work environments;
Experience and knowledge of (IT) laws and regulations related to the financial sector is a plus.
