We are continuously developing our Indirect Sourcing & Procurement department and would like to welcome an enthusiastic Category Manager!
In this role, you will strengthen and develop ASML’s Indirect Procurement team in the area of Contingent Labor and Talent Acquisition. You will unlock the potential of our suppliers to deliver solutions that execute ASML’s procurement and business strategy, ensuring an optimal balance between total cost of ownership, performance, and risk.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Contingent Labor and Talent Acquisition.
Challenge and support internal stakeholders in defining and optimizing their demand.
Drive the supplier selection process (including RFPs) in alignment with internal stakeholders.
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms.
Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with the procure-to-pay process.
Education and Experience
Higher professional education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Economics, Technology Management).
10+ years of relevant work experience in a procurement environment.
In-depth knowledge of Contingent Labor and Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in both strategic and tactical procurement.
Strong track record in supplier negotiations and stakeholder collaboration.

Action-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to maintain oversight in complex situations and drive multidisciplinary solutions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, continuously changing environment.
