Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Program/Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives. You will manage large, complex projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM programs and projects.
- Establish project governance, define scope, and maintain delivery timelines and budgets.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including functional consultants, architects, and developers.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes through structured methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in program or project management, preferably in CRM or ERP transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream or enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum is considered an asset.
