Pricing Manager

As a Pricing Manager , you will play a key role in shaping our commercial success for our Freight Management product across Europe. You’ll manage and improve tender pricing processes, ensure high-quality submissions, and identify strategic opportunities in the market. This role is crucial to increasing our tender participation and win ratio.

Location: Europoort, Rotterdam or Amsterdam

Hours per week: Fulltime

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming tenders via Winmore and prepare pricing proposals using Quote Logic.
• Validate pricing submissions and coordinate with local offices across Europe for final approval.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new trade lanes with healthy margins.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing workflows and tools to increase tender participation and win ratio.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.

Your profile

You will be a commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. In addition, you bring:

• Proven experience in pricing, tender management, or commercial roles within road transportation or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of the European road freight forwarding industry.
• Familiarity with pricing tools and tender platforms (e.g., Winmore).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with teams across Europe.
