About the role:
We are searching for a strategic, results-driven Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our position in high-end Audio- and Video Distribution (AVIDIS) for the Medical and Industrial markets. Additionally, you will contribute to expanding our portfolio by achieving new product integrations at existing and new customers, driving strategic growth, and influencing internal roadmaps to stay ahead of market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders at significant customers (OEMs) and their major clients, quantifying the value of our USPs and influencing product development roadmaps.
- Perform competitive analysis by tracking and reporting the competitors by identifying USPs and market positioning.
- Win new product integrations and lead the overall project proposal.
- Develop vision and strategy within the AVIDIS scope, leveraging the strategic plan of ECS and adjusting direction as needed.
- Identify emerging opportunities and translate them into winning solutions and business proposals in close collaboration with the Prodrive team.
- Build strong networks, open doors, and create pathways to success, ensuring innovation and market leadership.
Profile
- Advanced level with at least 5 years of experience in the Medical industry (OEMs) in customer-facing roles, RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
- Proven experience in consultative selling and contract negotiation, with a large track record in this industry.
- Strong industry knowledge, understanding of the Medical market, and ability to express our contribution to improving product performance and value-based pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network at potential customers, proactively engaging in updates and workshops.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders, and skilled in active listening and adapting messages to different audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, inquisitive mindset, and willingness to travel regularly.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
