Are you a results-oriented Tender Manager with a passion for offshore projects?

N-Sea, a leading provider of subsea solutions, is seeking for a Tender Manager to join our growing team!

We are currently seeking a Tender Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on offshore wind projects. In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality, detailed, and comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, from the early pursuit phase through to final negotiations, contract signature, and handover to the project execution team.

As a Tender Manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to develop proposals, analyze project scope, and identify opportunities and risks while considering project schedules and pricing. You will act as the central point of contact with (potential) clients and manage the tender process in alignment with N-Sea’s internal procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Take part in the tender process of N-Sea and work in line with our ambition and values;
• Follow up our internal tender process to start from receiving the lead up to contract award;
• You analyze tender documentation as received from potential clients and assess internally if the received tender fits within our company portfolio;
• Determine the strategy for the assigned tender in close corporation with the commercial managers of N-Sea’s business lines;
• Determine the needs and support from N-Sea’s supporting departments;
• Responsible for managing the tender according to our internal tender process;
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of assigned tenders in accordance with the required deliverables and deadlines;
• Work on risk assessments and manage to receive input for all supporting departments;
• Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments;
• Summarize proposal and report for internal and external approval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil, Mechanical, Offshore Energy, or similar;
• Proven work experience in the offshore industry of at least 3 years;
• You are a natural leader, driving your team forward to excellence and focus on the goal;
• You have excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
• You will work in our office in Dordrecht (The Netherlands), however partly remote working is an option and you are willing to occasionally travel abroad;
• You have a proactive attitude and can work under pressure;
• You are pragmatic and work in a proactive manner with a hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach.
