Salesforce Architect

Role - Salesforce Architect with Financial Service Cloud.

Location - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Job Description:

• Familiarity with Salesforce architectural patterns
• Salesforce Senior technical and architect level
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds, particularly within the CRM domain
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and workflows.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
• Clarity of thought and communication
• Understanding of domain-specific nuances
• Lead deep architectural and technical discussions
• Contribute to the technology transformation roadmap
• Evaluate technical and architectural recommendations from platform vendors
• Can operate at a strategic level while also being hands-on—comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving into code when needed
• Mentor junior team members and help scale the team’s Salesforce capabilities
• Experience in Sales force financial services industry will be added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

2. Experience in the financial services industry.

3. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

4. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
