About Our Client Our client is a non profit organization based in Den Haag. This organisation supports the circular economy in the Netherlands and plays a coordinating role in waste and material reuse. It develops policies, contracts and systems that enable producers, service providers and consumers to reduce environmental impact. Job Description In this role as Advisor inkoop a.i. you will:

Analyse the current, decentralised purchasing landscape
Design the structure and mandate of a central procurement function
Develop procurement governance, policies, KPIs, and workflows
Support design and implementation of the SAP purchasing module
Guide stakeholders through change and secure adoption

The Successful Applicant For this role as Advisor Inkoop a.i.

5-10 years in procurement advisory or specialist roles
Proven experience building or structuring procurement processes
Able to translate strategy into governance, templates, and workflows
Practical experience with SAP procurement (design/implementation)
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
Experience in recycling/industrial environments is a plus
Understanding of public/private tendering is helpful (not required)
Fluent in Dutch and English

Start date: January 2026
Assignment for 6 months
32/36h per week
