The Role: Account Executive / Country Opener (Benelux)

This is a unique opportunity to become the first salesperson in the Netherlands . You will open the market from scratch and own the full sales cycle, from hunting to demoing to closing. This is a pure execution, high-autonomy individual contributor role working closely with the HQ team.

You’ll play a critical role in establishing the company’s presence and shaping the local go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and grow the Dutch market from zero.
  • Drive high-volume outbound activity and run 2–3 product demos daily .
  • Build strong relationships with independent restaurants and small groups.
  • Navigate a clear, data-driven sales process (7-stage pipeline).
  • Provide continuous market feedback to help localize and refine the playbook.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and references.
  • Be the face of the brand for the Dutch hospitality community.

Who You Are

  • A true hunter with strong drive, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Background in high-activity/velocity sales environments
  • Ideally experience selling SaaS to SMB and/or Mid-market
  • A commercial, direct communicator, not afraid to challenge prospects.
  • Proven strong performer in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, resourceful, a “doer.”
  • Strong relationship builder with natural affinity for hospitality.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Based in the Netherlands
  • Experience in start-up scale-ups or low-structure environments is a plus.

This is not a management role initially, but career paths toward enterprise sales or leadership may become available as the team scales.

Package & Benefits

  • OTE: Up to €127,000
  • Base : €70,000–€85,000
  • Variable : €35,000–€42,000
  • Mobility budget or car allowance

Start Date

February 2026 ideally, to accommodate notice periods and onboarding at HQ.

Interview Process

  1. Screening with Nobel: 45 minutes
  2. Online Interview: 60 minutes with the hiring leadership team
  3. Personality Assessment (FirstMind) + 45-min feedback session
  4. In-Person Final Interview in Amsterdam with leadership (travel arranged as needed)
