About the Role
We are partnering with a renowned Microsoft Partner in Amsterdam experiencing rapid growth and exciting new projects. They are seeking a dynamic and driven ERP Business Development / Sales Manager to join their team and take ownership of the full sales cycle —from lead generation to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full 360° sales cycle : generate leads, book meetings, pitch solutions, and close deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic new business sales plan in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads , working closely with the Marketing Executive to maximize opportunities.
- Build and expand long-term client relationships within your vertical.
- Confidently present and position ERP solutions to prospects, demonstrating clear business value.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultants to refine proposals and deliver tailored pitches.
- Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and secure business.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven sales experience , ideally in ERP or technology solutions with a focus on new business.
- Strong commercial drive , strategic mindset, and ability to deliver results.
- Knowledge of business processes and excellent advisory skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills —a natural relationship builder.
- Proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented team player.
- Fluent in Dutch (Must have)
