We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at the Eersel branch. This is a field-based role where you will drive new business development, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in achieving the company’s growth objectives and represent the Eersel location in close collaboration with other sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct client visits and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Record visit details and maintain accurate reports in the CRM system.
- Implement newly acquired business and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and explore new markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solutions and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Deliver presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBO degree with significant experience or HBO-level thinking and working.
- Several years of experience in a similar role within the logistics sector; groupage transport experience is essential .
- Proven track record of commercial success and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
- Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to maintain a strategic overview.
