For our customers in the energy domain, Always on isn’t a luxury, it’s an absolute necessity. Their systems run around the clock secure, stable, and uninterrupted. Downtime isn’t an option. Any standstill can have serious, immediate consequences.

That’s why we’re looking for a Service Manager who lives and breathes a 24/7 mindset. Someone who stays sharp, performs under pressure, and won’t stop until the issue is truly resolved. You’re the rock in the storm, day or night, making sure everything keeps running. Fix first, always.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Service Manager in the Energy Domain, you’ll be the driving force behind mission critical service excellence.

Your role blends strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration, ensuring services run smoothly, stakeholders stay informed, and improvements are always in motion.

  • Lead Energizing Service Reviews : Host monthly sessions that go beyond numbers, spot trends, discuss exceptions, and align on meaningful actions.
  • Be the Escalation Hero : Act as the go-to person for service-related issues, turn complaints into improvements, and ensure satisfaction through collaboration with DTS Service Managers and internal teams.
  • Streamline Operations : Work closely with Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Managers to keep processes aligned, compliant, and efficient.
  • Communicate with Clarity : Maintain service reports, action trackers, and meeting notes. You clearly communicate changes in scope, volume, and initiatives to all stakeholders.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly meetings, lead root cause analyses, and implement service improvement plans that create real impact.
  • Keep Stakeholders Engaged : Whether it’s a quick update or a deep-dive session, you keep everyone informed, involved, and, ideally, delighted.

Your skills

You’re not just experienced, you’re sharp, reliable, and driven to make a difference. You bring a powerful mix of leadership, insight, and dedication to an environment where performance is everything.

  • Service Savvy : You have solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration) and can apply them in high-pressure situations.
  • Clear Communicator : You’re quick-thinking and articulate, able to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal.
  • Analytical Mindset : You enjoy diving into performance data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into action.
  • Leadership & Collaboration : You lead cross-functional teams with ease, handle escalations with diplomacy, and promote accountability.
  • Mission-Critical Mentality : You thrive in high-reliability environments where precision and responsiveness are vital.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English.

Please note : For this role, we only accept candidates who speak fluent Dutch and English (both).
