Job Description L&D Marketing Intern As an L&D Marketing Intern , You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance L&D programs visibility and engagement. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day To Day
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create and edit content for internal channels, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor engagement metrics.
  • Support event planning and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the design team on visual assets for campaigns.
Compensations The internship will start in January. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week.   • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English proficiency
Extras
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Previous experience in corporate environment will be a plus.
  • Willingness to stay for 6 months – 1 year.
