Job Description L&D Marketing Intern As an L&D Marketing Intern , You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance L&D programs visibility and engagement. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day To Day

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Create and edit content for internal channels, newsletters, and blogs.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
Monitor engagement metrics.
Support event planning and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the design team on visual assets for campaigns.

Compensations The internship will start in January. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English proficiency

Extras

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Previous experience in corporate environment will be a plus.
Willingness to stay for 6 months – 1 year.
