Senior Supply Chain Associate

In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of product lifecycle management, ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation across the region. As a Regional Operations Senior Associate , you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product launches, and lead process improvements that truly make a difference.

Location: Breda (NL)

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Regional Operations Lead to manage every phase of the product lifecycle and eventually own it independently.
• Execute lifecycle changes and keep the Regional Variation Master Plan up to date.
• Perform labeling assessments, complete checklists, and support product launches.
• Manage specialized shipping processes and ensure Right-First-Time handovers to production sites.
• Lead small improvement projects and coordinate data collection for customer requests.
• Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
• Support master data activities, business case preparation, and impact assessments.
• Drive process improvements and suggest standardized methods/templates.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Background in Pharmaceutical or Supply Chain (APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification preferred).
• Experience in international environments and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Analytical, data-driven, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
