Are you passionate about using data science to understand people, teams, and leadership?

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a growing analytics innovation team dedicated to applying advanced analytics and AI to leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning and behavioral science , helping organizations make better people decisions through evidence-based insights. You’ll collaborate with experts in psychology, consulting, and data to design and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with analytics, research, and consulting teams to identify opportunities for applying ML and AI to leadership and organizational challenges.
  • Build, test, and deploy predictive and generative models using psychological, behavioral, and organizational data.
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI to analyze unstructured data such as interviews, open-ended surveys, and narrative assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven tools that enhance leadership development, team performance, and organizational culture.
  • Stay at the forefront of innovations in data science and I/O psychology, integrating new methods into practical applications.
  • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting evidence-based business decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology), or a related field.
  • Proven experience applying machine learning and AI in human-centered domains such as organizational behavior, leadership, or people analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R , and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP , generative AI , and/or Bayesian modeling .
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • A self-driven mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting, leadership advisory, or applied organizational research.
  • Background in psychometrics , survey analytics , or behavioral data analysis .
  • Experience developing and deploying LLM-based or NLP-driven solutions.
  • Interest in contributing to thought leadership at the intersection of AI and behavioral science .
