Job Requirements Who you are As Operations Automation Manager at Qogita, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing world class operations. You’ll leverage strong problem solving skills, operational intuition, and technical skills to build end-to-end automation of entire workflows. You’ll be primarily supporting a logistics team which moves and monitors thousands of shipments each day across all of Europe. The team works with 3PLs with varying technical sophistication: from native API integrations to email-only workflows. Your work will bring scalability to our operations and unlock new capabilities. Base Qualifications What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Strong technical foundation: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and optimization techniques is essential.
A problem-solving mindset that combines data, business acumen, and structured thinking.
A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience building scalable solutions that integrate with broader systems and frameworks.
A self-driven, curious attitude, you’re always looking for smarter ways to solve tough problems.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with AI tools and experience building systems that interact with external parties via LLMs.
Job Responsibilities What you'll be working on
Design, implement, and scale automation solutions to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Maintain ongoing processes in the automation portfolio with production level reliability.
Prioritize and manage high-impact projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders along the way.
Build internal tools and workflows which give operations teams greater leverage - spanning from quick scripts to entire systems.
Identify and advocate for new product features that improve the experience for buyers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams as an Operations partner, productizing when relevant the most impactful automations.
