About the Role

Our client is a leading international organization dedicated to delivering efficient HR operations and an outstanding employee experience. To support this mission, they are looking for an experienced People Services Manager to lead the execution of employee lifecycle processes and provide operational HR support across multiple countries (Belgium, Netherlands, France) within the Operating Unit. This role is central to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and service excellence while driving continuous improvement and harmonization.

What You Will Do

As People Services Manager , you will oversee day-to-day HR administration and People Services activities, acting as the primary escalation point for employees and managers. You will manage a team responsible for onboarding, contract management, job changes, offboarding, and data integrity in HR systems. In addition, you will monitor service quality, ensure compliance with labor laws and GDPR, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage People Services operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex cases and provide expert guidance to employees and managers.
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ensure compliance with GDPR and local labor laws.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated services.
  • Support process harmonization, system implementations, and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Shared Services, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday), compliance, and GDPR.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multinational or shared services environments preferred.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD are a plus.
