Supply Chain Specialist - Account Management- 6+ Months

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with account management experience to join a project at a global and prominent client in the Retail & Apparel industry. In this role you will be supporting flagships and strategic locations

This role focuses on managing account operations and ensuring optimal delivery performance. You will oversee daily supply chain operations, collaborating with Partners, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams to execute seasonal plans and meet financial goals.

You will influence and work with cross-functional supply chain and commercial teams to optimize the order book and maintain strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and address account requirements and service needs, ensuring successful partnerships with accounts/market places through cross-functional collaboration.

• Actively seek and implement process improvements in our way of working.
• Building and managing strong relationships with marketplace partners to support their account needs.
• Providing partners with clear visibility on orders, product availability, and deliveries.
• Conduct operational calls, orderbook audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior and maximize supply chain efficiencies.
• Overseeing order book management to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.
• Analyzing data and reporting progress against shipping targets to drive transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience with Supply Chain operations and supply chain account Management.
• Experience in managing and working with marketplace accounts, partner relationships and supporting account needs.
• Ability to ensure visibility of orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to lead process improvements that enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive skills.
• Ability to analyze, influence, and tell stories with data.
• Plus : Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau.

Project:
* Start: ASAP (
* Duration: 6+ months
* 40 hours per week,
* 3 days a week in the office in Hilversum
