Lunch / Catering Assistant

WINK has both eyes open on the hunt for a warm, energetic Lunch / Catering Assistant who can keep our colourful collective fuelled, cared for, and feeling at home every single day. Someone who brings order, sparkle, and a whole lot of heart to the beating centre of our studio: the kitchen.

As Lunch / Catering Assistant, you’ll keep the WINK magic alive by:

• Keeping our daily lunch ritual running smoothly for 30 hungry creatives – preparing, setting up, replenishing and making sure mealtimes feel welcoming.
• Coordinating deliveries and catering with our external partners and suppliers so every lunch lands on time and in full flavour.
• Maintaining a spotless, calm and organised kitchen, from coffee machine TLC to dishwashers that never stay full for long.
• Managing stock levels and placing orders, always one step ahead of what we need.
• Supporting internal WINK events (1–2 full days per month) by assisting with hospitality, setup and catering logistics.
• Spotting and solving facility needs, helping the broader team maintain a smooth-running workspace.

While we’re looking for out-of-the-box people, there’s a few boxes we need you to tick:

• You’ve got experience in catering, hospitality, or facility support (a big plus).
• You’re structured, tidy, service-oriented and you love creating a warm environment for others.
• You communicate clearly and carry a naturally friendly, welcoming presence.
• You can work independently and handle priorities with ease.
• You’re flexible and available at least 3 days of 4 hours (with the option to expand to 4 days), plus 1–2 full days per month for events.
• You’re reliable, proactive and take pride in keeping spaces running like a charm.
