Overview Make maintenance a driver of performance. Maintenance Coordinator As a Maintenance Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our production lines run reliably and efficiently. You coordinate planned maintenance, support Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities, and help translate technical insights into lasting improvements. Responsibilities

Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities in collaboration with planners and technicians
Support line teams in implementing AM (CIL, defect handling, documentation)
Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans are up to date and executed effectively
Lead root cause analyses and support implementation of structural solutions
Track maintenance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
Facilitate technical knowledge sharing (e.g. One Point Lessons)

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering in a production environment
Strong planning and coordination skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and support others in technical topics
Familiarity with AM/PM principles and SAP (nice to have)
Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus)
