We are seeking a Content Creation Manager to lead a team of specialists including technical writers, social media experts, visual designers, digital marketers, and front-end developers. This team will take technical content—such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and application notes—and craft commercial and marketing-ready assets that resonate with customers, support campaigns, and drive pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional content team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Develop and execute a global content strategy that converts technical insights into marketable, customer-facing assets, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing to transform technical content into engaging presentations, sales collateral, digital assets, and social media campaigns.
Manage content operations, workflows, and quality control processes to deliver timely, high-impact outputs.
Track content performance and continuously optimize assets for engagement, pipeline contribution, and market impact.
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or creative production, ideally in deep-tech, B2B, or scientific industries.
Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams that convert technical material into commercial and marketing assets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign integration, and content performance measurement.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; technical background a plus.
