Finance Manager (Mandarin/Chinese Speaker)

What You’ll Do

1. Preparation of financial statements: oversee general ledger System, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping; prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with local GAAP and international standards; present financial information to management with clear explanations to support informed decision-making.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis: develop & manage annual budgets, collaborating with departments for realistic financial goals; conduct regular financial forecasting, predicting future revenue, expenses, and cash flow; analyze variances between budget/forecasts and actual performance, providing recommendations to management.
3. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a strong internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow activities, optimize working capital, and maintain healthy liquidity levels to support business growth and investment opportunities
5. Tax Compliance: Responsible for providing tax declaration materials and monitoring the tax declaration status of outsourcing firm; Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with German tax regulations, filing accurate tax returns, and minimizing tax liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.
6. Financial Operations: Prepare sales invoices and sort out the invoices for monthly claim; Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions, while streamlining processes for greater efficiency.

You Are

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Major in Finance, Business, HR, Management, etc.)
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
3. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluency in English and Dutch, Chinese is an advantage (highly preferred multilanguage)
