Solutions Consultant

Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for Solutions Consultant to work for a for a worldwide, market leading Technology Company who have an office in Den Bosch, The Netherlands.

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join and work within the Solution Consultancy team in conjunction with the local Netherlands Sales and Account Management Team who can build and present software demonstrations for our clients product portfolio to meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and learn business process and requirements and convert these to presentations & demonstration to show business benefit to the customer and why they should select our client as a partner

Key Responsibilities:

• To work alongside the Sales & Solution Consultancy teams and Netherlands Sales Team to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars and documentation, and to enhance our clients core demonstration capabilities
• Attend workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements, and documenting their outcome
• Building and presenting software presentations that demonstrate to our clients customers that their solutions can meet and exceed their requirements and provide business benefit and value.
• Ensuring that all requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations are documented to provide a handover to Professional Services Group PSG and the rest of the business.
• Ensuring that the latest developments are incorporated into our client’s demonstration and working closely with the product teams to adopt new features as well as set up and document these on the demonstration systems

Person Specification:

• Dutch & English Language Fluency
• Previous experience in similar role or appropriate industry
• The ability to understand and learn business process and requirements and convert these to presentations & demonstration to show business benefit to the customer
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals from CEO to warehouse operative, and maintain an effective working relationship within a team environment
• Be adaptable, work conscientiously and use own initiative and also work as part of the Solution Consultancy and sales teams

This is a full-time permanent position offering an attractive annual salary of €57,000 - €68,000 & Benefits

If successful, this role is office based in Bromsgrove 1/2 days a week, remote 3/4 days.
