Are you a results-oriented Tender Manager with a passion for offshore projects?
N-Sea, a leading provider of subsea solutions, is seeking for a Tender Manager to join our growing team!
We are currently seeking a Tender Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on offshore wind projects. In this role, you will lead the preparation of high-quality, detailed, and comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, from the early pursuit phase through to final negotiations, contract signature, and handover to the project execution team.
As a Tender Manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to develop proposals, analyze project scope, and identify opportunities and risks while considering project schedules and pricing. Follow up our internal tender process to start from receiving the lead up to contract award;
Determine the strategy for the assigned tender in close corporation with the commercial managers of N-Sea’s business lines;
Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments;
Bachelor or Master degree in Civil, Mechanical, Offshore Energy, or similar;
You are a natural leader, driving your team forward to excellence and focus on the goal;
You have excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
You will work in our office in Dordrecht (The Netherlands), however partly remote working is an option and you are willing to occasionally travel abroad;
