Senior IT Service Desk Technician (EUR 6K/month CONTRACTOR)


Our client architects the buildout of simplified, integrated, and compliant technology stacks. With both consulting and products, our expertise can help our customers save time and money as they move from strategic Clinical & Quality management all the way to widespread and profitable commercialization.

The ideal candidate will be expected to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate

willingness to learn new technology. The role requires ability to multitask and be a team player.

Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to the following):

• Recruit high- quality talent related to IT security, infrastructure, support, operations

• Be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests

• Monitor all incoming tickets and calls to service desk

• Troubleshoot IT related issues remote or in person and escalated any unsolved issues

• Image laptops (Windows OS and MacOS) and customize with company applications

• Create runbooks

• Onboard and offboard users on multiple platforms

• Admin for the following systems

o O365

o Okta

o Zoom

o SharePoint

o CrashPlan, Druva InSync

o CrowdStrike

o Mimecast

o DocuSign

- Support with conference room AV

• Troubleshoot printers

• Basic troubleshooting on Wired/Wireless networks

• Troubleshoot both Windows and Mac systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support position

• Any certification such as CompTIA, ACMT, HDI, etc.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS

• Experience in the following systems

o O365

o Okta

o Zoom

o SharePoint

o CrashPlan, Druva InSync

o CrowdStrike

o Mimecast

o DocuSign

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
