Breggz is a small Amsterdam-based venture founded by Dutch artist Xander de Buisonjé , built around his dream that became our mission:

“I just want the world to hear what I hear.”

Onstage, Xander performs with custom in-ear monitors that deliver exceptional audio — precise, personal, pure .

Offstage, nothing wireless came close. So we set out to change that.

Over the past four years, we collaborated with some of the most respected engineers and creators in the audio world.

The result: ZOHN-1 — our first proposition toward sound that touches the soul, as intended by the creator.

We are now entering a major international collaboration and preparing to scale.

Growth Hacker – Performance Marketing & Conversion

The Role

You will own the full growth funnel — from paid social to conversion-optimized landing pages.

Working closely with our Brand & Marketing lead who owns the story, content and relationship with the customers and PR - while you translate story into funnels, experiments, and revenue. You thrive on testing, iterating, and scaling what works.

This role is structured for someone who builds — not someone who manages agencies.

What You’ll Build

Acquisition Engine

  • Create high-performing paid campaigns across: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Build multi-variant tests for concepts, formats, audiences
  • Track attribution and maintain clean data flows
  • Build & manage always-on funnel experiments

Conversion & Landing Pages

  • Build landing pages in HubSpot or Shopify
  • Give feedback to ensure copy is not only on brand, but actually converts
  • Structure pages for maximum attention, retention and conversion
  • Test UX headlines, offers, pricing, etc to optimize the funnel

Website Growth

  • Turn the Breggz Shopify site into a sales system
  • Implement A/B testing across layout, product pages, cart flow
  • Develop CRO roadmap: load speed, UX, behavior, heatmaps
  • Manage integrations with analytics and email automation

Data & Analytics

  • Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion
  • Create insights that inform content and campaigns
  • Implement tracking excellence (pixels, UTMs, events)

Retention & Email

  • Set up email flows for post-launch nurturing
  • Build segmented lists, retargeting, and upsell logic
  • Test pricing mechanics, early-access lists, bundles

What Success Looks Like

  • Organic post and Paid Ads → landing → conversion → retention engine
  • Continuous testing with clear learnings
  • Predictable inbound demand at lower CAC
  • A Shopify site built for performance, not decoration
  • Clear insights that inform creative direction
  • Tight collaboration with the Brand Strategist and founder

Who You Are

Builder, not Manager

  • You build campaigns with your own hands.
  • Tool-agnostic, results-obsessed, no vanity metrics.

Fast Learner

  • You understand audiences and change direction when needed.

Data + Creativity

  • You understand that numbers tell a story — and so do ideas.

Digital Native

  • Comfortable in live experiments, live feedback, live data.

Experience

  • 3–6 years in growth/performance marketing
  • Proven track record building funnels from scratch
  • Feel at home with Shopify + HubSpot
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid social
  • Experience in conversion copy and testing
  • Analytics knowledge: GA4, pixels, UTMs, heatmaps
  • Bonus: experience with high-end consumer electronic brands

Working Style

- Hybrid working possible — we are based in Amsterdam.

- Freelance or hire is possible depending on our mutual preferences.

- You report to Head of Marketing working closely with Marketing & Engagement

- You bring initiative, clarity, and a passion for making ideas real.

Location

The job is based in Amsterdam but your engagement can be 'hybrid', but we do need you to come to our offices in Amsterdam on a weekly basis to work closely together.
