As a Sales & Inventory Analyst, you’ll play a key supporting role in helping our sales and operations teams by providing accurate data, reporting, and insights.
You’ll work across sales and inventory functions - tracking performance, analysing sell-through, and helping to ensure that products are in the right place at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is curious about retail and e-commerce, and wants to learn how sales analytics and inventory management work together to drive business success.

- Dotted line to the Senior Manager - Demand Planning EMEA
Key Result Areas and Activities:
Sales & Performance Reporting
- Assist with preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Gather and organize data from multiple sources to track key metrics like sell-in, sell-out, and revenue performance.
- Support analysis of retail and e-commerce trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Create visual dashboards and summary reports to share insights with cross-functional teams.
- Help evaluate promotions, pricing, and product performance across retail channels.
Inventory Tracking & Analysis
- Support the monitoring of inventory levels across key markets and retail partners.
- Assist in tracking stock availability, sell-through rates, and replenishment needs.
- Identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items and flag potential risks to the sales team.
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure data accuracy in inventory reporting.
- Help prepare stock and sales reports as required to support ad hoc meeting.
- Maintain and update product databases, item listings, and related documentation.
- Managing Forecast Uploads/downloads provided by Demand Planning Team
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align on reporting priorities.
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.
- Learn and develop analytical and reporting skills under the guidance of senior team members.
Position Requirements
- D365, PBI & Logility knowledge preferred
- 3–4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, with hands-on knowledge of Inventory Planning and familiarity with Demand Planning. Experience in sales support, business analysis, or inventory coordination is preferred (internships or entry-level roles also considered).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and confidence in handling data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Interest in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce environments.
- Dutch Native, based in Holland.
