Tangent International is urgently looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Engineer to work a 3 month extendable contract in Rijswijk, Netherlands.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and guide users through required information gathering.
- Create support tickets and follow Huawei procedures to ensure smooth case handling.
- Deliver first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools.
- Troubleshoot installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to L2 support or R&D teams.
- Record and analyze technical cases; help build and improve knowledge-base materials.
- Assist with product acceptance testing, firmware upgrades, and remote configuration.
- Provide professional technical guidance to partners, installers, and end users to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Support/service experience.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or similar field.
