About the Role

Join our EU investment team in Amsterdam and take ownership across the full venture cycle — from sourcing and diligence to execution, portfolio value creation, and exits. You’ll help bridge innovation between startups and one of the world’s largest dairy ecosystems.

You Bring:

• 6-8 years’ experience in venture, growth, or private equity investing
• Proven track record in deal execution, investment judgment, and board engagement
• Strong analytical rigor and crisp communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-moving, unstructured settings
• Domain interest or experience in food, agriculture, industrial, or deep tech
• Appetite to work in a global, multicultural team
