Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner Healthcare EMEA reports to the General Manager Healthcare IT & X- Ray Business EMEA Region. In this standalone HR role, the HR Business Partner manages the complete employee lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation.

Within this role of HR Business Partner Healthcare EMEA, you will partner with and advise management on people-related topics and help create a positive work environment. You will also have the autonomy to shape and deliver the people strategy in a dynamic, international environment. As a trusted partner to leadership and employees, you’ll connect business goals with people initiatives, driving engagement, growth, and positive change across borders. This is a hands-on role with real scope to make your impact count.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define the overall people agenda for the Healthcare team
  • Act as a trusted advisor in employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Partner with business leaders of Healthcare EMEA to translate business needs into effective people strategies
  • Support and coach the team and management on all employment related topics, for instance performance management, employee engagement and company policies
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure legal compliance with any HR activities and policies
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process and annual salary planning
  • Manage the local monthly payroll administration and invoicing of international employees (internal share service agreements)
  • Collaborate with internal European HR community to support the roll out company-wide initiatives like the employee engagement survey, our required training programs and other projects
  • Manage relationships with external providers (recruitment, pension, tax support and advisory services, payroll provider and other)
  • Responsible for employee administration and reporting as well as HR policies and procedures
  • Support international recruitment activities which include selecting external agencies, contract negotiations and benefit analysis for international employment
  • Carrying out successful onboarding, supporting the employee experience and career development

Requirements & Qualifications

For this role we are looking for a high-energetic, motivated HR Business Partner, with a genuine passion for both, people and business. Someone who thrives in building close relationships, and brings enthusiasm and initiative to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are an HR generalist with a minimum of 7 years HR experience and you recognize yourself in the below mentioned points:

  • HR experience in an international environment with associated processes (immigration, permit process, social security, 30% ruling, cross-border employment)
  • Hands on mentality with the ability to operate on both strategic and operational level
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Great communication skills
  • An out of the box thinker with your own vision on HR
  • Knowledge of the Dutch labour law
  • Highly sensitive to confidential matters and skills for navigating them with discretion
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy in all HR processes and documentation
  • Thriving in a dynamic, fast paced and international environment
  • Having a hands-on and proactive mentality and being able to make meaningful contributions independently
  • Experience with Microsoft tools
