To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an International Recruiter : a driven and people-focused connector who’s eager to make an impact.

What will you do?

As an International Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying, interviewing, and supporting international technicians who are ready to start their careers in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, Sales, Relocation, and Marketing. You are the first point of contact for your candidates and guide them through the entire journey — from first call to successful placement.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively search for technical talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct intake interviews (online and/or in person)
• Screen CVs and assess candidates’ technical backgrounds, motivations, and availability
• Coordinate the recruitment process together with local and international colleagues
• Support candidates with relocation, visa (IND) processes, cultural guidance, and onboarding
• Provide candidate insights for marketing campaigns and communication
• Attend international job fairs, recruitment events, and in-person experience days

What do you bring?

• Higher vocational or university-level education (HBO/WO)
• Experience in (international) recruitment or strong motivation to grow into the role
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) — both spoken and written
• Affinity with technology or engineering is a plus
• Speaking Dutch , Portuguese , Spanish , or Afrikaans is an advantage
• You are independent, communicative, and enjoy working across cultures
• You are curious, organized, and genuinely interested in people and their stories

Wat ga je doen?

Als International Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, spreken en begeleiden van internationale technici die in Nederland aan de slag gaan. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Recruitment, Sales, Relocation en Marketing. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de kandidaat en begeleidt hen door het gehele proces: van eerste kennismaking tot plaatsing bij onze opdrachtgevers.

Concreet betekent dat:

• Proactief searchen naar technisch talent via LinkedIn, jobboards en netwerken
• Intakegesprekken voeren met kandidaten (online en/of fysiek)
• Screenen van cv’s en beoordelen van technische achtergrond, motivatie en beschikbaarheid
• Coördineren van het wervingsproces in samenwerking met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland
• Kandidaten begeleiden bij praktische zaken zoals taal, cultuur, visumproces (IND), verhuizing en onboarding
• Input leveren aan marketing voor campagnes en content (je kent je doelgroep!)
• Deelname aan wervingsreizen, events of kennismakingsdagen (binnen- of buitenland)

Wat breng jij mee?

• Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring met (internationale) recruitment of sterke motivatie om het vak te leren
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (C1/C2) – zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Kennis van of affiniteit met techniek is een pré
• Spreek je ook Nederlands of bijvoorbeeld Portugees, Spaans of Afrikaans ? Dan heb je een streepje voor
• Je bent zelfstandig, sociaal vaardig en schakelt makkelijk tussen kandidaten, collega’s en klanten
• Je bent nieuwsgierig, betrokken en hebt oprechte interesse in mensen en culturen
