The Role: E-commerce Coordinator/Specialist

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and growing our online store in Shopify. You will oversee the entire product onboarding process, ensuring new products and promotions go live smoothly. You will optimize both the front-end and back-end of the webshop and develop a strong digital marketing strategy incorporating SEO, SEA, and link-building to maximize online visibility and conversions.

You will analyze and activate webshop visitors to grow the consumer database and overall revenue. You will also manage and operate B2B and B2C platforms (such as Zalando, BOL, Omoda, etc.). Our webshop operates in six languages, giving your work a strong international scope. Lastly, you are comfortable using and optimizing AI tools within your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management

  • Adjustments to the Shopify theme and optimization of UX/UI.
  • Integration of apps and automations within Shopify Plus (if applicable).
  • Maintenance and optimization of the product catalogue.
  • Setting up campaigns in the back-end to execute marketing actions (bundles, discounts, etc.).

• SEO & SEA Strategy

  • Executing on-page and technical SEO optimizations.
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Developing and implementing link-building strategies.
  • Analyzing website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

• Conversion Optimization & Marketing Automation

  • Implementing A/B tests and CRO strategies.
  • Setting up and optimizing email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Developing retargeting and remarketing strategies.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience with Shopify.
  • Experience with SEO, SEA, link-building, and conversion optimization.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Independent, proactive, and always up to date with the latest e-commerce trends.
