SAP Business Consultant Production – SAP – APO – PP/DS – 6+ months – Netherlands – Full-time – Hybrid

Amoria Bond is seeking a hands-on, content-driven SAP Business Consultant Production to support a major one of our end clients in the Netherlands. The assignment starts in January, runs for at least 6 months, and requires 50% on-site presence in Zuid-Holland.

Role Overview

As the SAP Business Consultant Production, you will advise the business on the future production planning landscape and play a key role in transitioning from legacy planning solutions to S/4HANA PP/DS.

This is a highly content-focused role: we are looking for someone who has previously configured APO/PPDS, understands planning data flows, and can guide the business with expert-level knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical designs

• Support the transition from SAP APO (legacy) into S/4HANA PP/DS

• Guide S&OP processes moving into PP/DS

• Support Demand Planning integration/migration

• Challenge and advise the business based on deep production planning expertise

• Collaborate with business project leads, planners, architects, and IT teams

• Oversee functional design, data flows, integration points, and master data needs

• Support testing, validation, defect resolution, cutover, and go-live

• Ensure a proper handover to support and operations after implementation

Your Profile

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in Production Planning / Supply Chain

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP APO (primary requirement)

• Experience with SAP PP/DS in S/4HANA, preferably in carve-out or re-implementation projects

• Solid knowledge of Demand Planning processes

• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions

• Strong understanding of planning master data and data sourcing

• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus

• Hands-on, proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable advising stakeholders at all levels
