As Noovy’s local face, you'll travel across the country to connect with hoteliers and show how our

PMS all in one tech makes their lives easier. Expect a mix of strategic pitching, meaningful

relationships, and road trips with purpose.

Who is Noovy?

Noovy is Amsterdam based and a fast-growing, all-in-one hotel SaaS platform built by hoteliers, for hoteliers. Jonatan Tsuff, the founder built Noovy out of his own Hoteliers experience. We help

independent hotels digitize and simplify their operations, from reservations to revenue, check-in to

checkout. With our modern PMS, guest messaging, kiosk check-in, and payment solutions, we

deliver tech that actually works – so hoteliers can focus on what matters most: the guest.

With offices in Ireland, the Netherlands, we are a truly international team. Every new hire starts their journey with an onboarding in Amsterdam, and we reunite at least once a year at IHS to connect, celebrate and align.

Are you a relationship-driven go-getter ready to shake up the hotel tech scene in Benelux?

Noovy is looking for an Area Manager with a passion for hospitality, SaaS, and helping hotels thrive in the digital age. You'll be responsible for identifying independent hotels across Benelux, building trust, and guiding them through the benefits of our all-in-one platform.

What you'll do:

● Proactively identify and creatively approach hotels in Benelux, pitching Noovy as their next

tech partner

● Visit European fairs like IHS and local industry events

● Run demos and collab with Marketing

● Share market feedback to shape our product roadmap

● Travel to meet hotels in person

You bring:

● Native level fluency in Dutch

● 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in hospitality/travel)

● A networker’s mindset and fluent Dutch & English (native-level Dutch required)

● Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)

● A valid driver's license and willingness to travel

● Full-time availability and valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship)

● You live in south of Netherlands (preferably in Eindhoven/Maastricht/Zeeland)/Belgium
