POSITION

You are the lead advocate of the brand in the greater Amsterdam area. In this role, and together with your team, you will mainly :

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
• Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
• Exceed personal and team service and sales targets
• Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities, directly impacting their growth and success

PROFILE

For this challenging position based in one of the most stunning and busy Retail locations in Europe, we are ideally seeking an experienced, results-driven Retail professional who will meet the following criteria :

• +15 years Luxury retail experience / min. 5-10 years Management experience
• Experience with Product Category: Fashion, Jewellery, Watches or Lifestyle would be ideal
• Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team (+15pers)
• Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail teams
• Digital proficiency
• A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English, and ideally Dutch, other languages are a plus
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
• Highly professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Be a team player; pro-active attitude with excellent problem solving skills
• Responsible, dependable, punctual and flexible
