Junior Human Resources Business Partner (Temporary Cover)

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and employee relations. This role ensures the business has the right people strategies, effective HR programs, and a positive, high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Oversee HR programs, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Lead talent reviews, leadership development, and training programs.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent policy application.
  • Lead investigations and partner with legal when needed.
  • Develop initiatives that enhance engagement and workplace culture.
  • Manage and mentor the People Operations Specialist.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, Office Management, and external providers (benefits, authorities, suppliers).
  • Use tools including MS Office, Orange HRM, and Anaplan.

Your profile

  • Around 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR tools.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
