What You'll Do

• Support our HR Business Partners with daily operational tasks in the Netherlands
• Assist with the coordination and follow-up of probation period reviews
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries
• Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow-ups
• Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts
• Contribute to the coordination of the company's 360° performance review process
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
  

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to solve problems proactively
• High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Fast learner, adaptable, and eager to take on responsibility
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in English and Dutch
