What Will You Do?

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of multidisciplinary teams, leading structural design for medium to large-scale projects. You’ll:

• Oversee design development, calculations, quality control, and delivery timelines.
• Lead and mentor structural teams to deliver excellence under pressure.
• Collaborate with digital engineers on parametric modelling and automated analysis workflows.
• Work alongside experts in acoustics, geotechnical, fire safety, and building physics.
• Use your network and insight to contribute to business development and project acquisition.

What Do You Bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in finite element analysis and structural design tools.
• Proven experience with timber, hybrid-timber, concrete, and steel structures.
• Strong communicator fluent in English.
• A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and hands-on leadership style.
