About the Role
As a Medior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring planning, budget, scope, and quality are consistently safeguarded
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines
- Facilitate collaboration between clients, engineers, suppliers, and external partners
- Apply Systems Engineering principles and contribute to projects involving PLC/SCADA and automation systems
- Keep project momentum high through structured planning, stakeholder management, and decisive decision-making
- Work on innovative smart-mobility and traffic-technology projects that strengthen national infrastructure
This role places you at the heart of modernizing tunnels, bridges, sluices, and traffic systems across the Netherlands.
About You
You’re a natural connector with a solid background in project management and an interest in technology and infrastructure. You enjoy structure, communication, and guiding teams toward clear results.
You bring:
- A completed HBO degree (Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similar)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- A proactive, customer-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- The confidence to make decisions and keep projects aligned
- Experience with multidisciplinary infrastructure projects (a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering and PLC/SCADA concepts (bonus)
- Experience with DOEN or Construction Team collaboration models (preferred)
- Broad technical interest across Civil, Mechanical, and Automation topics
