To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated professional Operational Risk Manager Primary and Secondary Processes.
How you will make a difference
As a trusted ORM partner, you’ll help the business take the next step in risk maturity – strengthening resilience and enabling sustainable growth. Your responsibility spans key areas of primary and secondary processes for Triodos branches in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and our Head Office, giving you a unique opportunity to influence risk management at an international level.
We’re looking for someone with a forward‑thinking mindset who can leverage AI or other innovative approaches to take Operational Risk Management to the next level. The ideal candidate fully embraces AI, brings deep knowledge of its applications, and uses it to drive efficiency and continuous improvement within ORM.

Your future colleagues
The Operational Risk Manager Primary and Secondary Processes is a Group-level role reporting to the Head of Operational Risk Management Primary and Secondary Processes. You will join a team of about seven colleagues based across different countries and work closely with ORM IT, and ORM Triodos Bank UK to steer risk activities for primary and secondary processes across the Group.
The Operational Risk Management team fosters a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, where diverse perspectives are valued and every team member is empowered to share ideas and challenge assumptions. Together with First Line Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance, we work as one team to ensure every aspect of non-financial risk is managed effectively
