Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

What you’ll do:

• Hire the future talent of Amoria Bond – you’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring your own colleagues
• Take ownership of the full recruitment process, from first contact to offer stage
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential candidates through active sourcing
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values and culture
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver the right talent
• Be the face of Amoria Bond to potential hires, both online and in person

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in Dutch or German
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Strong communicator – confident both in person and over the phone
• Proactive mindset – you don’t wait for candidates to come to you
• Self-motivated and driven, with a genuine passion for helping people grow
• Able to work on-site with the team in our Amsterdam office
