De new business developer rol
De markt voor veilige identificatie en authenticatie groeit jaarlijks >10%, onze ambitie is harder groeien dan de markt. We zoeken daarom een ervaren acquisitie professional die een verkoopstrategie opzet om nieuwe markten en partners voor ons bestaande productportfolio aan te boren, up sell kansen te creëren en ons marktaandeel te vergroten. Volhardend zet je door, onderhandel je, sluit je deals en haal je jouw targets. Je zet cold calling en social selling in. Je presenteert je goed, óók op LinkedIn. Je hebt dagelijks online afspraken of bent op pad naar prospects, klanten en summits in binnen- en buitenland. Je organiseert webinars en productdemo´s bij partnerbijeenkomsten. Continu genereer je leads en monitor je de voortgang. Ook luister je goed naar en analyseer je de prestaties van jouw partners. Regelmatig deel je resultaten en partner/marktinzichten met het MT om de roadmap aan te scherpen. inepro doet niet aan ‘one time sales’, je bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en stelt lucratieve partnerprogramma´s op. Je werkt intensief samen met onze commerciële, marketing- en R&D-teams.

The New Business Developer Role
The global market for secure identification and authentication is growing by more than 10% each year, and our ambition is to grow even faster. We’re looking for an experienced business acquisition professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy to open up new markets and partnerships, create upsell opportunities, and increase our market share. With determination and persistence, you’ll negotiate, close deals, and hit your targets. You’ll use cold calling and social selling to generate leads and build relationships. You present yourself professionally, both in person and on LinkedIn. Your days are filled with online meetings and international travel to prospects, customers, and summits. You’ll organise webinars and product demos at partner events, continuously generating new leads and tracking progress.
You’ll also listen closely to your partners, analyse performance, and share insights and results with the management team to help refine the roadmap. At inepro, we don’t believe in one-time sales; we build long-term customer relationships and develop profitable partner programs. You’ll collaborate closely with our commercial, marketing, and R&D teams.
