On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, Netherlands . This is a hybrid role based at the company’s headquarters.

Its Data Network ensures secure and seamless data exchange between partners and systems, enabling businesses to stay agile and competitive. Serving over 2,000 customers worldwide, the company operates across the DACH region, UK, France, Scandinavia, and the Benelux.
They are looking for a motivated, curious, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. This role is focused on the Benelux market and will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and deal qualification to support the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers in the Benelux region
- Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and through conducting discovery calls
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified opportunities
- Provide feedback on market trends and prospect pain points to the wider sales and product teams
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation targets
Must-Have Skills:
- Hunter mentality, No prior experience is needed
- Dutch speaking capabilities Native or Professional level
- Comfortable with outbound sales tactics and cold outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are ambitious, curious and have a growth mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
