Your Impact

FP&A & Process Enhancement

• Develop and roll out FP&A frameworks and tools to streamline budgeting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Partner closely with management to implement changes and drive efficiencies in financial planning activities.
• Propose and carry out initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational workflow.

Group Consolidation & Reporting

• Manage group-wide consolidation activities, preparing precise monthly accounts for leadership review.
• Coordinate accounting and reporting functions across the portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely submissions.

Core Accounting Duties

• Collaborate with the current accountant on routine accounting tasks and balance sheet analyses.
• Take charge of monthly P&L reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Maintain robust documentation and contribute to the evolution of financial controls.

Who You Are

• A hands-on finance professional, comfortable taking initiative in a demanding business setting.
• Experienced in FP&A, group consolidation, and technical accounting, ideally within a holding or corporate environment.
• Known for your analytical rigor, trustworthiness, and commitment to process optimization.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, RA) are an asset.
