We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services. In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work. Providing onsite, advanced software troubleshooting and support Providing advanced software troubleshooting and support remotely using support tools and processes Troubleshooting remote access issues Cascading Deploying PCs/Macs to end users Configuring PCs/Macs post-image Deploying IT equipment Imaging and staging PCs/Macs or mobile devices (includes activation where necessary on respective regional carrier.) Migrating End User data · Directly engage in general IT support as required. Face to Face and remote desktop and basic POS support HO & Back Office team support 3-5 years of experience (minimum) in a technical ICT environment; ~ General End User technology knowledge; ~ A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is very nice to have, with a desire to explore and utilize our internal SAI Library tool in excelling in your role. ~ Planning and organizing; Analysis; Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science ~ Strong knowledge of English and Dutch It is not designed to contain It's best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn't want you to miss this opportunity.
