Position

Head of Sales - UK & Benelux

This is an individual contributor role with potential for future growth into a leadership position.

What will you be doing at Arrow GC?

  • Serve as an independent contributor while managing a team in the future; ideal for those ready to grow from independent contributor to leader.
  • Hunt, prospect, and grow large accounts to provide annuity‑based engineering services.
  • Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services space.
  • Drive revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
  • Run the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation, and deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Meet prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

What are we looking for?

  • 5‑15 years of experience in direct Digital and Embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering; MBA (desirable).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas upwards of 5‑10M+ and large account management.
  • Willingness to develop a client base through aggressive prospecting in new and existing customers.
  • Strong ability to establish and cultivate business relationships with director and VP engineering management.
  • Experience at an offshore services company operating in Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domains, with cultural adaptability to work globally with engineering & marketing teams.
  • Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering, engaging customers with consultative selling.
  • Experience managing a sales team; inside sales team preference.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Business travel availability – 30% of travel in the UK and Benelux regions.
