Head of Sales – UK & Benelux

Position: Head of Sales – UK & Benelux (individual contributor with potential for future leadership). Company: eInfochips, part of Arrow Electronics – a global technology provider specializing in product engineering and software R&D services.

Job Description

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Managing independent sales process for large accounts, providing annuity-based engineering services business.
• Engaging customers in Embedded/Software/Digital services space.
• Revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside Bay Area.
• Running full sales cycle: initial client communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and other sales process goals to build an optimal sales pipeline.
• Developing strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at target firms.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of direct digital and embedded engineering services sales experience with large enterprise clients.
• B.E./B.S./B.Tech engineering; MBA desirable.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas of 5–10 M+ and large account management.
• Proactive prospecting in new and existing customer base.
• Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with director and VP engineering management.
• Experience with offshore services in HiTech, medical devices, industrial, and mobility domains.
• Good technical knowledge in digital and embedded engineering; consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing a sales or inside‑sales team (preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• Business travel 30 % UK/Benelux.
